Semi-Pro Football: USFA News
The USFA (United States Football Association) is an organization that provides Regional tournaments, and National Championship Games for semi-pro football teams. National Bowl Weekend is a series of National Championship Bowl games for semi-pro football teams. Bowl games include the Tangerine Bowl, the Orange Blossom Bowl, the Palm Bowl, the North American Bowl, and the Florida Bowl. The 2017 National Bowl Weekend is scheduled for January 14th, and January 15th, at Spec Martin Stadium in DeLand, Florida. Semi-Pro Football: GLFL News
The GLFL (Great Lakes Football League) is a semi-pro football league that currently features 9 teams from across the State of Michigan. The GLFL is divided into two divisions, and teams include the Capital City Stealth, the Muskegon Mustangs, the Michigan Hurricanes, the Northern Michigan Wolves, the Lake Michigan Havoc, the Detroit Ravens, the Detroit Seminoles, the Detroit Diesels, and the Flint Fury. The Detroit Ravens won the 2016 GLFL Championship by defeating the Muskegon Mustangs 48-28 on September 10th, 2016. The Detroit Ravens finished the 2016 season with an overall record of 12-0.
