     ICE FORCE has an exceptional blog for fans of the sport of ice fishing.   The ICE FORCE blog features news, tips, videos, and information about all of the latest ice fishing gear, and products.  The articles on the ICE FORCE blog are written by the ICE FORCE Pro Staff.  ICE FORCE currently consists of five ice fishing brand names including Mora Ice, Rapala, StrikeMaster, Sufix, and VMC.

In-Depth Outdoors On YouTube




      The InDepthOutdoorsTV YouTube channel currently features 388 videos for fans of ice, and open water fishing.  The In-Depth Outdoors weekly episodes are hosted by James Holst, and Pat McSharry.  They're joined by members of the IDO pro team including Paul Delany, Marcus Quam, Konner Kleist, Dave Koonce, Adam Rassmussen, Will Roseberg, Cal Svihel, and P.J. Vick.  

     The unique thing about In-Depth Outdoors is that their videos are filmed, and released in the same week allowing viewers to have access to the latest information.  In-Depth Outdoors mostly fishes in the Midwest, and in Canada.  The InDepthOutdoorsTV YouTube channel currently has over 85,000 subscribers.  In-Depth Outdoors also airs every Sunday morning (in Minnesota) on Fox Sports North.

Official Ice Report

-  Ice is water frozen into a solid state.





-  Ice is slippery.





-  Ice is cold.  It is cold where there is ice.





-  Ice has many nicknames.  Ice is known as "the rocks" throughout bars, and clubs across America.





-  Jewelry can be referred to as ice.  Being "iced out" or "icy" can refer to as wearing lots of jewelry.





-  The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement uses the name ice.   Click on  www.ice.gov





-  Products that we buy at the store use the name ice.  Ice cream, and ICY HOT are some examples.





-  Disney, and Sesame Street have put their Broadway style shows on ice to increase popularity.  





-  In case of an emergency, paramedics encourage you to I-C-E your cell phone.





-  Athletic trainers use ice.  Ice can reduce swelling by decreasing blood flow to an area.





-  Salt can affect ice's equilibrium.  Ice will begin to melt when this happens.





-  Artists will sometimes make sculptures from ice.  See "2015 Plymouth Ice Fest" posted last month.





-  Many rap artists have used the name ice.  Ice Cube, Ice-T, and Vanilla Ice are just a few examples.





-  Vanilla Ice's "Ice Ice Baby" was the first hip hop song to ever top the Billboard Charts.





-  Actors have utilized the name ice in movies.  Val Kilmer was Tom "Iceman" Kazanski in Top Gun.





-  Marvel comics created a superhero based on ice.  He is known as Iceman.





-  Boxers such as "Iceman" John Scully, and Vernon "Iceman" Paris have utilized the name ice.





-  Fictional boxers have even used the name ice.  George "Iceman" Chambers was in "Undisputed".





-  Pro Wrestlers have also utilized ice in their name.  "Iceman" King Parsons is an example.





-  "The Iceman Cometh" was a Broadway play written by Eugene O'Neill.  It later became a film.





-  The Iceman Cometh Challenge is a bike race in Northern Michigan.  Click on  www.iceman.com





-  In sports, icing a game refers to securing the victory.





-  In Championship games, champagne is usually kept on ice.





-  No ice is completely 100% safe.  Be careful, and be prepared when planning to go out on the ice.
