TSL (The Spring League) features eight teams, and two divisions for the 2021 season. The North Division includes the Alphas, the Aviators, the Conquerors, and the Lineman. The South Division includes the Blues, the Generals, the Jousters, and the Sea Lions. TSL is about half way through their 2021 season, and games can be seen on Fox, FS1, and FS2.
2021 TSL rosters include several players that honed their skills at local universities. Aviators Quarterback Seth Suida played at Concordia University. Lineman Defensive Back Vince Calhoun, and Aviators Defensive Lineman Jeremy Hickey played at Eastern Michigan University. Alphas Quarterback Brian Lewerke, Conquerors Tight End Matt Seybert, and Conquerors Defensive Back Jermaine Edmonson Jr. played at Michigan State University. Sea Lions Defensive Lineman Heath Williams played at Saginaw Valley State University. Generals Quarterback Ryan Mallet, and Blues Offensive Lineman Tyrone Wheatley Jr. both played briefly at the University of Michigan. Alphas Defensive Lineman Eric Assoua, and Jousters Tight End Donnie Ernsberger played at Western Michigan University.
The Alphas, the Conquerors, and the Lineman are currently tied for 1st place in the North Division of The Spring League with overall records of 2-1. The Generals, and the Jousters are currently tied for 1st place in the South Division of The Spring League with overall records of 2-1. The Aviators are currently the only winless team in TSL with an overall record of 0-3.

Game Notes
- Matt Seybert, and Jermaine Edmonson Jr. also played for the Conquerors in 2020.
- Seth Suida wore #6 for the Concordia Cardinals. Suida currently wears #5 for the Aviators.
- Ryan Mallet also played at the University of Arkansas.
- Tyrone Wheatley Jr. also played at Stony Brook University, and Morgan State University.
- Blues Quarterback Deondre Francois played at Florida State University.
- Sea Lions Quarterback Nick Fitzgerald played at Mississippi State University.
- Aviators Wide Receiver Charlie Jones (American University), and Sea Lions Tight End Jevoni Robinson (Barry University) both played college basketball.
- Concordia University football was featured on the Mitten State Sports Report in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
- The Spring League played their inaugural season in 2017.
