Haase In Nashville

 



     Former Detroit Tigers Catcher/Outfielder #8 Eric Haase is currently playing for the Nashville Sounds.  Haase is currently averaging .237 with 6 home runs, and 24 RBI in 114 plate appearances this season. The Nashville Sounds are the Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. 

     The Cleveland Indians selected Eric Haase in the 7th round (218th overall pick) of the 2011 Major League Baseball Draft.  Haase played for the Detroit Tigers from 2020-2023.  Eric Haase played high school baseball at Dearborn Divine Child.  Eric Haase grew up in Westland, Michigan.

Haase With Tigers

 


Eric Haase played High School baseball at Dearborn Divine Child.





     Eric Haase joined the Detroit Tigers active roster on Tuesday, September 15th.  Haase started at Catcher for the Tigers on Wednesday against the Kansas City Royals.  Haase went 0-2 with a walk in his Tigers debut.  Eric Haase played High School baseball at Dearborn Divine Child.  Haase grew up in Westland, Michigan.

      The Cleveland Indians selected Eric Haase out of High School in the 7th round of the 2011 Major League Baseball Draft.  The Indians traded Haase to the Tigers in January of 2020.  Eric Haase wears #13 for the Detroit Tigers.  

     The Detroit Tigers are currently in 4th place in the American League Central standings with an overall record of 21-28.  Detroit has an outside chance of making the expanded version of the 2020 MLB (Major League Baseball) Postseason, but the Tigers currently sit 5 games out of a Wild Card spot.
