On Sunday, January 19th, the Cincinnati Swerve defeated the Detroit Waza Flo 4-3. Both teams compete against each other in the Great Lakes Division of the PASL (Premier Arena Soccer League). The Cincinnati Swerve are currently in 1st place in the PASL Great Lakes Division standings with 9 points, and an overall record of 3-0. The Cincinnati Swerve are the defending (2018-2019) PASL Champions. The Detroit Waza Flo are currently in 8th place in the PASL Great Lakes Division standings with 0 points, and an overall record of 0-3.
The Detroit Waza Flo are scheduled to play four PASL home games this season at the Taylor Sportsplex. The Waza Flo will play their next PASL home game against the Indiana Lions on Sunday, February 16th, at 5:30 p.m. The Waza Flo will host the Youngstown Nighthawks on Sunday, March 1st, at 5:30 p.m. The Waza Flo will finish up their 2019-2020 PASL regular season schedule on Sunday, March 8th, (at 5:30 p.m.) when they will host the Chicago Mustangs.
