On Sunday, November 1st, the Baltimore Vultures defeated the Sioux Falls Sparrows 27-19 to win the 15th SFL (Simulation Football League) Championship. Vultures Quarterback Jack Wigmore completed 31 of 40 passing attempts for 232 yards, and 2 touchdowns. Wigmore did throw 3 interceptions however. Troy Gaines lead the Vultures rushing attack with 17 carries for 59 yards.
Sioux Falls Sparrows Quarterback Julian Tyree completed 23 of 39 passing attempts for 215 yards, 0 touchdowns, and 2 interceptions. Colin Hart lead the Sparrows rushing attack with 11 carries for 119 yards. Sparrows Kicker Maxwell Falck had a perfect afternoon from field goal range. Falck made all four of his field goal attempts with his longest coming from 44 yards.
The Baltimore Vultures finished the 15th SFL regular season with an overall record of 9-3. The Sioux Falls Sparrows also finished the 15th SFL regular season with an overall record of 9-3.
