There's a fairly new NFC (National Fitness Campaign) Fitness Court located inside of Claude Allison Park in Redford. The NFC Fitness Court serves as an outdoor gym that features over thirty pieces of bodyweight equipment. There are countless ways to utilize the equipment to increase agility, balance, and strength.
