Interview: Johnny Badwheels


















     Johnny Badwheels (aka. John Nicosia) is the promoter of one of the top local Professional Wrestling organizations in Michigan.  The MCWA (Michigan Championship Wrestling Association) has been entertaining fans in our local area for the past 5 years, and they continue to feature some of the top performers in Professional Wrestling.  The MCWA offers classic Pro Wrestling, and all of their shows are family friendly. Johnny Badwheels is determined on bringing Pro Wrestling to the Southeast Michigan area, and he sat down with the Mitten State Sports Report to talk about it.

2.  Johnny Badwheels:  "They can expect to see up and coming stars in the world of Professional Wrestling battling to be the best.  Many of our past competitors have gone on to do great things in the industry, and we plan to be the place where you can see the stars of the future today."







3.  Mitten State Sports Report:  What can fans expect to see when they come to a live MCWA event?







3.  Johnny Badwheels:  "Expect a night of hard hitting Pro Wrestling.  A little less talk, a little more action is our attitude."  







4.  Mitten State Sports Report:  What's the MCWA been up to lately?







4.  Johnny Badwheels:  "After a brief hiatus we are coming back home to Rookies Bar and Grill 1519 Oak St, Wyandotte on April 24th with an 8 pm bell time.  We have also launched a new TV show on the Independent Wrestling Channel on Roku, as well as on Wyandotte Cable, and on YouTube called Epic TV."  







5.  Mitten State Sports Report:  What can fans expect to see from the MCWA in the future?  







5.  Johnny Badwheels:  "We're ready to entertain Michigan with some of the best talent that Michigan, and the Midwest has to offer.  Some very exciting things are on the horizon, so check  mcwaonline.com  regularly for more info."







6.  Mitten State Sports Report:  In 2015, does Pro Wrestling need television, or is the internet, and social media enough?







6.  Johnny Badwheels:  "TV doesn't hurt, but with the growth of social media in recent years it (social media) is a must."
