Last weekend, the University of Michigan baseball team hosted the University of Maryland Terrapins for a 3 game series. Maryland won the first game of Saturday's doubleheader 3-1 behind their ace #18 Mike Shawaryn. Shawaryn pitched 7.1 innings, allowed 5 hits, 1 run, and recorded 7 strikeouts.
