On Friday, March 8th, the Lawrence Tech University hockey team defeated the Concordia University Cardinals 5-2 in the 1st round of the WHAC (Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference) Tournament. Friday night's game was played at the University of Michigan Dearborn Ice Arena. Scroll down to see exclusive photographs from last Friday's game.
The Lawrence Tech University hockey team, and the Concordia University hockey team both compete in the NAIHA (North American Intercollegiate Hockey Association), and both schools are conference rivals in the WHAC. Click on the links below for more information about the NAIHA, or the WHAC.
The Lawrence Tech University hockey team currently has an overall record of 20-14. The Blue Devils are currently competing in the NAIHA Nationals in Nashville, Tennessee. Lawrence Tech University also fields a club hockey team that competes in Division 3 of the ACHA (American Collegiate Hockey Association).
