On Saturday, January 22nd, the USA NTDP (National Team Development Program) U-18 Team defeated the Madison Capitols 9-4. The game was played at the USA Hockey Arena located at 14900 Beck Road, in Plymouth. Both teams compete against each other in the Eastern Conference of the USHL (United States Hockey League). The Madison Capitols are currently in 4th place in the USHL Eastern Conference standings with 38 points, and an overall record of 18-16-2-0 (2 overtime losses). The USA NTDP is currently in 8th place in the USHL Eastern Conference standings with 21 points, and an overall record of 9-16-3-0 (3 overtime losses). The USA NTDP has played significantly less games than other teams in the Eastern Conference of the USHL.
