USA 13-0 St. Andrew's

On Saturday, February 12th, the USA NTDP U-17 Team defeated the St. Andrew's College Saints 13-0.

     On Saturday, February 12th, the USA NTDP (National Team Development Program) U-17 Team defeated St. Andrew's College Saints 13-0 at the USA Hockey Arena located at 14900 Beck Road, in Plymouth.  Team USA was lead in scoring by Forward #42 Ryan Leonard with 3 goals, and 3 assists.  Sixteen different players earned points for Team USA during Saturday's exhibition game.  Team USA outshot St Andrew's College 41-15.  St. Andrew's College is a university preparatory school located in Ontario, Canada. 

     The USA NTDP competes in the Eastern Conference of the USHL (United States Hockey League).  Team USA is currently in 8th place in the USHL Eastern Conference standings with 25 points, and an overall record of 11-17-3 (3 overtime losses).  The USA NTDP has played significantly less games than other teams in the Eastern Conference of the USHL.

-  Dan Muse is the Head Coach of the USA NTDP U-17 Team. 

-  David Manning is the Head Coach of the St. Andrew's College (1st Team) hockey team.

-  St. Andrew's College has a 1st Team, a U-18 Team, a U-16 A Team, a U-16 B Team, a U-14 Team, and a U-12 Team.  The USA NTDP played the 1st Team on Saturday afternoon.   

-  Forward #8 Luke Devlin is the Captain of the St. Andrew's College (1st Team) hockey team.  Devlin is planning on playing hockey at Cornell University.   

-  USA NTDP U-17 Team Goaltender #34 Trey Augustine is from South Lyon, Michigan. 

-  USA NTDP U-17 Team Defenseman #48 Kai Janviriya is from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. 

-  USA NTDP U-17 Defenseman #57 Zachary Schulz is from South Lyon, Michigan.

Muskegon 5-4 USA - SO

 

On Wednesday, March 31st, the Muskegon Lumberjacks defeated the USA NTDP 5-4 in a shootout.

     On Wednesday, March 31st, the Muskegon Lumberjacks defeated the USA NTDP (National Team Development Program) U-18 Team 5-4 in a shootout.  Both teams compete against each other in the Eastern Conference of the USHL (United States Hockey League).  Wednesday night's game was played at the USA Hockey Arena located at 14900 Beck Road, in Plymouth.  Muskegon Forward #25 Nick Portz scored the game winning goal in the shootout.  

     The Muskegon Lumberjacks are currently in 2nd place in the USHL Eastern Conference standings with 61 points, and an overall record of 29-13-1-2 (1 overtime loss, and 2 shootout losses).  Team USA is currently in 4th place in the USHL Eastern Conference standings with 49 points, and an overall record of 21-18-3-4 (3 overtime losses, and 4 shootout losses).  Scroll down to see exclusive photographs of USHL action in Plymouth.
