The Michigan Ice Dogs, and the Detroit Fighting Irish both compete against each other in the MWJHL (Midwest Junior Hockey League). The Fighting Irish are currently in 3rd place in the MWJHL standings with 45 points, and an overall record of 31-10 (1 overtime loss, and 2 shootout losses).
