On Friday, October 5th, the USA NTDP (National Team Development Program) U-17 Team defeated the Madison Capitols 4-2. Both teams compete against each other in the Eastern Conference of the USHL (United States Hockey League). Friday night's game was played at the USA Hockey Arena located at 14900 Beck Road, in Plymouth. The USA NTDP also features an U-18 Team that also competes in the USHL.
The USA NTDP is currently in 3rd place in the USHL Eastern Conference standings with 7 points, and an overall record of 3-0-0-1 (1 shootout loss). The Madison Capitols are currently in 8th place in the USHL Eastern Conference standings with 2 points, and an overall record of 1-3.
