USA 4-2 Des Moines

On Friday, November 15th, the USA NTDP U-18 Team defeated the Des Moines Buccaneers 4-2.

     On Friday, November 15th, the USA NTDP (National Team Development Program) U-18 Team defeated the Des Moines Buccaneers 4-2.  The USA NTDP outshot the Buccaneers 31-13.  Both teams compete against each other in the USHL (United States Hockey League).  Friday night's game was played at the USA Hockey Arena located at 14900 Beck Road, in Plymouth.
     Team USA is currently in 7th place in the USHL Eastern Conference standings with 16 points, and an overall record of 8-6.  The Des Moines Buccaneers are currently in 3rd place in the USHL Western Conference standings with 17 points, and an overall record of 8-6-1 (1 Shootout Loss).  Scroll down to see exclusive photographs of USHL action in Plymouth.

Junior Hockey In Southgate

On Sunday, November 10th, the Fort Wayne Spacemen defeated the Detroit Fighting Irish 11-3.

     On Sunday, November 10th, the Fort Wayne Spacemen defeated the Detroit Fighting Irish 11-3.  The Spacemen also defeated the Fighting Irish 8-4 on Saturday, November 9th.  Both teams compete against each other in the Premier Division of the USPHL (United States Premier Hockey League).  This past weekends games were played at Southgate Arena located at 14700 Reaume Parkway Civic Cir, in Southgate.
     The Fort Wayne Spacemen are currently in 4th place in the USPHL Mid West East Division standings with 14 points, and an overall record of 7-10.  The Detroit Fighting Irish are currently in 6th place in the USPHL Mid West East Division standings with 8 points, and an overall record of 4-12.  Scroll down to see exclusive photographs of USPHL action in Southgate.

Women's College Hockey

On Sunday, November 3rd, the University of Michigan Dearborn Women's hockey team defeated Adrian College 7-1.

     On Sunday, November 3rd, the University of Michigan Dearborn Women's hockey team defeated the Adrian College Bulldogs 7-1.  Both teams compete against each other in Division 2 of the ACHA (American Collegiate Hockey Association).  Last Sunday's game was played at the University of Michigan Dearborn Ice Arena.
     The University of Michigan Dearborn Women's hockey team is currently undefeated with an overall record of 6-0.  The Adrian College Women's ACHA Division 2 hockey team currently has an overall record of 5-2.  Adrian College also fields a NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) Division III Women's hockey team, and an ACHA Division 1 Women's hockey team.
