Football: NAL News
The 2019 NAL (National Arena League) season features six teams including the Carolina Cobras, the Columbus Lions, the Jacksonville Sharks, the Massachusetts Pirates, the New York Streets, and the Orlando Predators. The 2019 NAL season consists of a fourteen game regular season schedule, and the top four teams will advance to the NAL Postseason. 2019 NAL games can be seen on the official NAL YouTube Channel.
The Carolina Cobras are the defending National Arena League Champions. The Jacksonville Sharks are currently in 1st place in the NAL standings with an overall record of 8-1. The Orlando Predators are currently in last place in the NAL standings with an overall record of 2-7. The New York Streets are an expansion team playing in their first season in the National Arena League.

Both teams compete against each other in the NPSL (National Premier Soccer League), and both clubs are rivals in the Great Lakes Conference Division. Both teams compete against each other in the Great Lakes Conference Division of the NPSL (National Premier Soccer League). On Saturday, May 25th, the Eastside Diamond Hoppers defeated the Utica Unicorns 12-0. Both teams compete against each other in the East Division of the USPBL (United Shore Professional Baseball League). Scroll down to see exclusive photographs of USPBL action.
The 2019 USPBL season features 4 teams including the Birmingham Bloomfield Beavers, the Westside Woolly Mammoths, the Eastside Diamond Hoppers, and the Utica Unicorns. The USPBL plays all of their games at Jimmy John's Field located at 7171 Auburn Road, in Utica.

- On May 25th, Diamond Hoppers Pitcher #21 Luis Contreras took a no hitter into the 6th inning. Contreras pitched 7 scoreless innings, and accumulated 11 strikeouts.
- Diamond Hoppers Outfielder #19 Pat Adams is from Warren, Michigan. Adams played college baseball at Wayne State University.
- The Birmingham Bloomfield Beavers are currently in 1st place in the USPBL West Division standings with an overall record of 3-5.
- The Westside Woolly Mammoths are currently in 2nd place in the USPBL West Division standings with an overall record of 2-8.
