Horse Racing News

     Thoroughbred horse racing in the United States is scheduled to take place today at three tracks including Fonner Park (Nebraska), Tampa Bay Downs (Florida), and Will Rogers Downs (Oklahoma).  Daily Racing Form, and Equibase have informative websites regarding Thoroughbred racing entries, results, and cancellations.
     On Saturday, March 28th, Tiz the Law won the 2020 Florida Derby at Gulfstream Park (Florida).  Tiz the Law is a favorite to win the 2020 Kentucky Derby scheduled for Saturday, September 5th, 2020.

-  Ete Indien finished 3rd in the 2020 Florida Derby.



-  Maximum Security won the 2019 Florida Derby.  



-  Nyquist won the 2016 Florida Derby.  Nyquist also won the 2016 Kentucky Derby.
