NFC Fitness Court

A NFC (National Fitness Campaign) Fitness Court sits inside of Garden City Park.

     A NFC (National Fitness Campaign) Fitness Court sits inside of Garden City Park.  The Fitness Court is essentially an outdoor gym that features over thirty pieces of bodyweight equipment.  There are countless ways to utilize the equipment to increase agility, balance, and strength.  Some of the bodyweight equipment includes agility ladders, rowing stations, and a progressive training wall.  Garden City Park is located on the corner of Merriman Road, and Cherry Hill Road, in Garden City.

-  The NFC Fitness Court in Garden City also includes stabilized pushing ladders, stabilized pull-up bars, and destabilized pushing handles.



-  The NFC Fitness Court in Garden City opened in 2018.



-  The NFC Fitness Court is a product that is made in the USA.



-  Garden City Park also features walking trails, and a pavilion.
