NBL On ESPN3

     2020 NBL (National Basketball League) games can be seen on ESPN3.  The NBL is a semi-professional basketball league in New Zealand.  The 2020 NBL season features seven teams including the Auckland Huskies, the Canterbury Rams, the Franklin Bulls, the Manawatu Jets, the Nelson Giants, the Otago Nuggets, and the Taranaki Mountain Airs.  The Hawke's Bay Hawks, the Southland Sharks, and the Wellington Saints elected not to compete in the 2020 NBL season.  The 2020 NBL season is scheduled to run from June 23rd - August 1st.  The 2020 NBL season is set to have fourteen regular season games, followed by a postseason.  All games are being played in Auckland, New Zealand.  The 2020 NBL season is being sponsored by Sal's Authentic New York Pizza.  The 2020 NBL season is officially known as the 2020 Sal's NBL Showdown.

-  The Wellington Saints are the defending NBL Champions.



-  Fans are aloud to attend 2020 NBL games.



-  NBL games consist of four ten minute quarters.



-  The Canterbury Rams currently have an overall record of 3-2.



-  The Auckland Huskies currently have an overall record of 1-3.



-  Taylor Britt is averaging 23 points per game, and 8 rebounds per game for the Canterbury Rams.



-  Thomas Vodanovich is averaging 26.8 points per game, and 11.5 rebounds per game for the Manawatu Jets.



-  Jayden Bezzant is averaging 22.8 points per game, and 4.5 assists per game for the Manawatu Jets.



-  Taane Samuels is averaging 17.3 points per game for the Manawatu Jets.



-  Michael Karena is averaging 23.3 points per game, and 7.7 rebounds per game for the Nelson Giants.



-  Jordan Ngatai is averaging 19.8 points per game for the Otago Nuggets.
