The 2021 Plymouth Ice Festival took place last weekend in downtown Plymouth. Over 65 ice carvings were placed in front of businesses throughout the city. Ice sculptures were not displayed inside of Kellogg Park this year. The weather was frigid, and the temperature remained well below freezing for the 39th Annual Plymouth Ice Festival.
