Walnut Grove Field



Walnut Grove Field is located inside of Greenfield Village.




     Walnut Grove Field is home to the Greenfield Village Lah-De-Dahs Base Ball Club, and the Greenfield Village Nationals Base Ball Club.  Both teams compete in vintage base ball, or historic base ball.  Teams from all over the Midwest travel to Walnut Grove Field to play vintage base ball so check The Henry Ford website for details.  Greenfield Village is located at 20900 Oakwood Blvd, in Dearborn.  Scroll down to see exclusive photographs of Walnut Grove Field.

The Nationals defeated the Lah-De-Dahs 11-7 last Sunday.

-  Vintage Base Ball is played by the rules of 1867.  


-  The Lah-De-Dahs Base Ball Club is based on a team from Waterford, Michigan that played in the 1880's. 


-  The Lah-De-Dahs were featured on the Mitten State Sports Report last month.


-  Vintage Base Ball was also featured on the Mitten State Sports Report in September of 2017.
