Cars & Coffee in Dearborn

     On Saturday, May 17th, there was a Cars & Coffee in Dearborn.  The event was powered by Hagerty and it all took place at the Henry Ford's Shuttle Lot off of Village Road near the Southfield Freeway.  The coffee was good, and there were plenty of cars on display.  Scroll down to see exclusive photographs of Cars & Coffee in Dearborn.

On Saturday, May 17th, there was a Cars & Coffee in Dearborn.

The event took place at the Henry Ford's Shuttle Lot off of Village Road near the Southfield Freeway.

The coffee was good and there were plenty of cars on display.

The weather was perfect!

The rain held off.

I'm looking forward to going to more Cars & Coffee events in the future.

-  The Henry Ford is located at 20900 Oakwood Blvd, in Dearborn, Michigan.

-  There was also a Cars & Coffee at the Henry Ford in Dearborn on Saturday, June 21st.

-  There is a Cars & Coffee in Dearborn scheduled for Saturday, July 19th, 2025.

-  Cars & Coffee events in Dearborn are scheduled to run from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Cubs 7-6 Mud Hens

     On Saturday, May 10th, the Iowa Cubs defeated the Toledo Mud Hens 7-6 in 10 innings.  Both teams are Triple-A ball clubs that compete against each other in the International League West Division.  The Toledo Mud Hens play their home games at Fifth Third Field located at 406 Washington Street, in Toledo, Ohio.  Scroll down to see exclusive photographs of Minor League Baseball.

     The Iowa Cubs finished the first half of the regular season standings in 4th place in the International League West standings with a record of 39-35.  The Cubs currently have a record of 1-3 in the second half of the regular season.  The Iowa Cubs are the Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs.

     The Toledo Mud Hens finished the first half of the regular season standings in 5th place in the International League West standings with an overall record of 39-36.  The Mud Hens currently have a record of 1-3 in the second half of the regular season.  The Toledo Mud Hens are the Triple-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers.

Evolve On Tubi

     New episodes of (WWE) Evolve can be seen every Wednesday night at 8:00 p.m. exclusively on Tubi.  Evolve features up and coming professional wrestlers that hope to eventually make it to the WWE main roster.  Some of the professional wrestlers featured on Evolve this season include Kali Armstrong, Carlee Bright, Jack Cartwheel, Keanu Carver, Wendy Choo, Joe Coffee, Jackson Drake, Kendall Grey, Cappuccino Jones, Sean Legacy, Harlem Lewis, and Trill London.  Archived episodes of Evolve can be seen anytime on Tubi.

Battle Against Cancer

 

     I haven't posted anything in a while, and it has really been bothering me.  I don't quite seem to have the energy that I used to have to do many of the normal everyday tasks that I've done for so many years.  I was recently diagnosed with cancer, and I just finished up my sixth round of chemotherapy.  

     The treatments are intense and last for three days at a time.  My diagnosis isn't great, but I've been told to keep my spirits up and work on my nutrition.  I've decided to put everything in God's hands and focus on controlling the things that I can control. I am enjoying spending quality time with my family and friends.

      I hope to post some more really great articles soon.  I recently went to Flat Rock Speedway, a Toldeo Mud Hens game, and a Detroit Tigers game.  I took some amazing photographs that I plan to upload in the upcoming days and weeks.  Thank you for checking out the Mitten State Sports Report and thank you to all of the people who have been keeping me in their thoughts and prayers.
