CN900 Dormant

 

     CN900 (Comcast Network TV) is now dormant.  Regular scheduled programs on CN900 were replaced with paid advertisements a few weeks ago and now the station is unavailable.  Several shows on CN900 were featured on the Mitten State Sports Report over the years including "Classic All-Star Wrestling", "Ferris Sports Update", "Midwest Outdoors", and "Super Yoopers".  

      CN900 also aired live USA NTDP (National Team Develpment Program) games, and Wayne State University basketball, and football games.  Other popular shows on CN900 included "Bronco Review", "Heartland Poker", "Raceline", and "Rock 900".  CN900 was known as Comcast Local before the switch from analog to digital television in 2009.

Midwest Outdoors On YouTube

 

     The Midwest Outdoors YouTube channel currently features 1,409 videos for fans of fishing, hunting, and the great outdoors.  Some of the videos on the Midwest Outdoors YouTube channel include "Tips of the Week", "Best of the Rest", "Midwest Outdoors TV Show", and highlights from the annual NAIFC (North American Ice Fishing Championship).  The Midwest Outdoors YouTube channel currently has over 8,000 subscribers.  Midwest Outdoors also has a magazine, a website, and a television show that airs locally on CN900.

     Midwest Outdoors has an excellent website that features articles, and videos about fishing, hunting, and the great outdoors.  Midwest Outdoors also offers great information about destinations, and gear.  Brian "Bro" Brosdahl, Scott Cummings, Don Gasaway, Jason Houser, Tim Huffman, Jason Mitchell, Darin Potter, Mike Ratter, and Colby Simms have all written articles on the Midwest Outdoors website.  Midwest Outdoors also has a magazine, and a television show that airs locally on CN900.
