| On Saturday, Miami (of Ohio) University defeated Oakland University 47-9. |
On Saturday, the Miami (of Ohio) RedHawks defeated the Oakland University Golden Grizzlies 47-9. Both schools play in the NCFA (National Club Football Association), and both teams compete against each other in the Great Lakes East Conference. The Oakland University football team currently has an overall record of 1-2. The Golden Grizzlies play all of their home games at the Auburn Hills Civic Center located at 1800 Valleyview Drive. Oakland University finished the 2014 season with an overall record of 9-0, and the Golden Grizzlies are the defending NCFA National Champions.
