On Friday, May 14th, the Eastern Michigan University Eagles defeated the Northern Illinois Huskies 10-4. It was the opener of a four game series that was played this past weekend at Oestrike Stadium in Ypsilanti. The Eagles also defeated the Huskies 3-2 on Saturday afternoon, but the Huskies beat the Eagles 5-3 on Saturday night. The Eastern Michigan University Eagles are currently in 8th place in the MAC (Mid-American Conference) standings with a conference record of 14-17, and an overall record of 20-22. The Eagles have won ten out of their last thirteen games. The Northern Illinois University Huskies are currently in 9th place in the MAC standings with a conference record of 13-19, and an overall record of 14-32.
