Marygrove College officially closed its doors on December 17th, 2019.

     Marygrove College officially closed its doors on December 17th, 2019.  Marygrove College existed in Detroit for 92 years, and the school even had a successful athletic department that ceased operations after the 2017 Fall season.  Marygrove College was a NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) program that competed in the WHAC (Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference).  Marygrove College athletic teams were known as the Mustangs.

-  The Marygrove College basketball team was featured on the Mitten State Sports Report on January 18th, 2015.



-  The Marygrove College baseball team was featured on the Mitten State Sports Report on March 24th, 2015.



-  Marygrove College is located at 8425 W. McNichols, in Detroit.



-  The enrollment during the final semester at Marygrove College was 305.
