Country Corn

 

     The Detroit Lions have been frustrating to watch at times this season, but the pregame show on Fox 2 Detroit known as "Fox 2 Lions Gameday Live" has occasionally featured a pretty cool segment called "Country Song or Country Corn?"  Fox 2 Detroit sports anchor/reporter Woody Woodriffe challenges a Detroit Lions player to a series of trivia questions.  The answer is either the title of a real country song or a made-up country song title. The segment is always good for a few laughs in a season that has been disappointing so far.

     The Detroit Lions are currently in 3rd place in the NFC North standings with an overall record of 3-6.  The Lions are currently riding a two-game winning streak.  Fox 2 Lions Gameday Live can be seen tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. on Fox 2 Detroit.  Fox 2 lions Gameday Live can also be seen this Thursday at 9:00 a.m. on Fox 2 Detroit.

-  The Detroit Lions vs. Buffalo Bills game can be seen this Thursday at 12:30 p.m. on Fox 2 Detroit. 

-  The Buffalo Bills are currently in 3rd place in the AFC East standings with an overall record of 6-3.

-  The Buffalo Bills will host the Cleveland Browns at Ford Field (in Detroit) tomorrow at 1:00 p.m.
