California 8-3 Puerto Rico





On Sunday, August 18th, California defeated Puerto Rico 8-3 to win the 2019 Junior League World Series.











     On Sunday, August 18th, California defeated Puerto Rico 8-3 to win the 2019 Junior League World Series.  The game was played at Heritage Park located at 12111 Pardee Road, in Taylor.  Golden Hill Little League from Fullerton, California represented the West Region.  Radames Lopez Little League from Guayama, Puerto Rico represented the Puerto Rico Region.
     California (USA West) finished the 2019 Junior League World Series undefeated with an overall record of 4-0.  Puerto Rico finished the 2019 Junior League World Series with an overall record of 4-2.  Scroll down to see exclusive photographs from the 2019 Junior League World Series.

-  The 2019 JLWS Final was broadcast live on ESPN2.  The rest of the 2019 JLWS games were broadcast on ESPN+.



-  Chinese Taipei won the JLWS in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.



-  Golden Hill Little League from Fullerton, California finished their 2019 season undefeated with an overall record of 20-0.



-  On Friday, August 16th, California (USA West) defeated Florida (USA Southeast) 7-2 to win the 2019 JLWS United States Final.
