On Saturday, May 14th, the Baltimore Vultures defeated the Lone Star Glory 38-24 to win the SFL (Simulation Football League) 18th Season Championship. Vultures Halfback #21 Warren Murray was named MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the Championship Game. Murray carried the ball 20 times for 130 yards, and 4 touchdowns. Murray also accumulated 68 receiving yards. The Baltimore Vultures have won three of the last four SFL Championships.
The Baltimore Vultures finished the SFL 18th regular season with an overall record of 10-2. The Lone Star Glory finished the SFL 18th regular season with an overall record of 8-4. There were 24 teams that competed in the 18th Season of the Simulation Football League. Simulation Football League games can be seen on Next Level Sports, and on the Simulationfl YouTube channel. - Vultures Quarterback #9 Jack Wigmore completed 359 of 456 passing attempts for 3,733 yards, and 29 touchdowns during the SFL 18th regular season. Wigmore also threw 19 interceptions, and was sacked 15 times in 12 games played.
- Lone Star Glory Quarterback #12 Ace Fenech is from Woodhaven, Michigan.
- Lone Star Glory Tight End #87 Ziggy Hronec is also from Woodhaven, Michigan.
